McMillan just cranks out limericks, some better than others, but all clever and relevant to the times in which he is writing.I find myself reading them over and over while laughing, smiling, and wondering how he does it so consistently without ever using the word, "Nantucket."

This is a veritable fondu of a book, with something for most everyone's taste, from fans of Henry Fielding to fans of Doctor Seuss. To come upon such a delightfully humble poet is a treat in itself. Postmodern critics, take note. You too might find a limerick to like.
Well done Douglas! Really enjoyed the nuanced humor and the range of topics. Highly recommend this for all ages and political persuasions!
Doug has come up with a string of witty rhymes. He seems such ab interesting fellow, I'd like to meet him some day.
